What is the difference between an Experienced Institute and an Institute in Cooperation?

If someone starts his institute he will be supported by an experienced Institute for at least the first 7 "Constellation Master Trainer, WSCO". After those trainings, the institute becomes an experienced institute as well.

Only the Appointment Commission of the WSCO or an WSCO President of a Country can validate comparable competencies.

What are the rights and duties of Presidents and Ambassadors?

The President, Vice President, or Ambassador of the WSCO represents the organization with privileges and responsibilities, agreeing to fulfill various requirements outlined in the WSCO president contract, WSCO vice-president and WSCO ambassador.
