About Gordana Čupković
Many of the choices we make are shaped by patterns outside our conscious awareness—by what we have learned, inherited, or taken on in order to belong. These influences can quietly shape our relationships, decisions, and sense of self, often leading us to repeat what we consciously wish to change.
It is these hidden dynamics that I explore through Systemic Constellations, the experiential foundation of my work. Through individual sessions and group workshops, online and in person, I help people recognize what may be shaping their present experience and open space for new perspectives and more conscious choices. My approach is informed by a broad and diverse body of knowledge about human behaviour, emotional dynamics, and inner experience; by extensive professional training across systemic and relational work, body-based approaches, emotional regulation, and self-awareness; and by my own lived experience and extensive personal exploration. Together, these shape the way I perceive, listen, facilitate, and support the integration of what emerges in each process.

Mnogi izbori koje pravimo oblikovani su obrascima izvan naše svesne pažnje — onim što smo naučili, nasledili ili preuzeli kako bismo pripadali. Ti uticaji mogu neprimetno oblikovati naše odnose, odluke i doživljaj sebe, navodeći nas da ponavljamo upravo ono što svesno želimo da promenimo.
Upravo te skrivene dinamike istražujem kroz sistemske konstelacije, koje čine iskustveni temelj mog rada. Kroz individualne sesije i grupne radionice, onlajn i uživo, pomažem ljudima da prepoznaju šta oblikuje njihovo sadašnje iskustvo i otvore prostor za nove perspektive i svesnije izbore. Moj pristup oslanja se na široku i raznovrsnu bazu znanja o ljudskom ponašanju, emocionalnim dinamikama i unutrašnjem iskustvu; na niz profesionalnih obuka iz oblasti sistemskog i relacionog rada, telesno orijentisanih pristupa, emocionalne regulacije i samospoznaje; kao i na moje lično iskustvo i opsežno lično istraživanje. Sve to oblikuje način na koji opažam, slušam, vodim proces i podržavam integraciju onoga što se kroz njega otvara.
