My experience about “Systemic Constellation Practitioner, WSCO”
The Practitioner Journey has been, and will remain, one of the most transformative journeys I have ever experienced.
It was truly an eye-opener that helped me uncover and understand the deeper reasons behind the patterns and unrealistic stuckness I had been experiencing. The journey was far from easy ... we went through challenging and emotional moments, including tears and frustration, but also moments filled with laughter, hope, breakthroughs, and genuine progress.
What made this journey truly special, however, was the incredible support and guidance of our Masters, Dr. Amr Elkady and Riham Aly. Their compassion, love, care, patience, and unwavering presence created a safe space that made it possible for us to go through the difficult moments, face ourselves honestly, and continue moving forward.
I am deeply grateful for every lesson, every challenge, every breakthrough, and every moment of this journey. It has left a lasting impact on me, and I will always carry its lessons with me.
A truly life-changing experience that I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking deeper self-awareness, growth, and transformation.
Since, I am a Mechanical Engineer, HVAC Consultant, Coach, Enneagram Practitioner and Teacher, and Family Constellation Facilitator, with a professional journey spanning engineering, business, leadership, and human development.
After 18 years of corporate experience in hospital HVAC engineering, I founded my own engineering consultancy firm in 2018. Alongside my engineering and business career, my interest in understanding human behavior and personal development led me into the study and practice of the Enneagram, coaching, consciousness, relationships, and Family Constellations.
I am an IEA Enneagram Accredited Professional, Certified Enneagram Teacher and Trainer, and Certified Consciousness and Relationships Coach, with more than six years of practical experience and over 800 hours supporting individuals through personal development programs and one-on-one work. I have also conducted leadership and self-awareness workshops for managers in Egypt and the UAE.
My different experiences have shaped a simple perspective: engineering taught me to understand systems; coaching taught me to accompany people through change; and the Enneagram and Family Constellations taught me to explore the deeper patterns within individuals, relationships, and systems.
Today, my work focuses on creating spaces for greater self-awareness, authenticity, and conscious choice, helping individuals and leaders better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that influence their personal and professional lives.
